SEEING BLIND-SPOTS AND CHANGING THE WAY THINGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DONE...

Join us for a conversation with Safwan Shah, CEO of PayActiv, as he shares his perspectives on his journey to building PayActiv and becoming a conscious business leader. With reflections on the holiday season and the impact caused by the pandemic, he'll discuss how he uncovered the pain caused by our current payment systems and saw through blind-spots to create meaningful change.

How the payroll calendar creates systemic inequity, financial anxiety and lost productivity and what companies can do instead.

"Let me now share with you how I went about eliminating these costly blind spots and how doing so can change the world."

This video helps describe the system that withholds earned wages from employees and leads to payday loans that further stress lives and reduce worker productivity.
