Building Your Culture Intentionally from Day One: How a Purposeful Culture Stands Strong Against the Most Challenging Times

Join us for this special presentation by Sidnee Peck, EVP at SOURCE Global, as she shares her experiences in business – from many different angles having worked in very small, early start-ups, in corporates, and in high-growth category-creators and in roles ranging from co-founder and CEO to multiple operations roles.  Her story will address how you determine what is most important and where you refuse to compromise, and, when your team is aligned, how you can make quicker decisions and take faster action.  Learn how a "YES, IF" mindset helps SOURCE Global explore the seemingly impossible.

This discussion will look closely at how:

  • People are at the core of culture, and the approaches used for hiring and developing people could be the most important thing your business crafts.
  • The right people and a strong value system, allow other difficult things come together as people take ownership themselves.
  • Hiring on values (relentlessly), creating an environment for vulnerability among all team members, and leading with an open mind creates the space for people and business to thrive.
  • SOURCE Global has gone beyond simply hitting diversity metrics to deepen commitment to values and vision.
