Tenet Orientation: Conscious leadership

The Tenet Orientation and Insight to Action programs are part of CCAZ's Conscious Business Activation series designed to both educate participants on the tenets of Conscious Capitalism and, even more importantly, move them to take action by implementing these tenets into their professional behavior and their organizations. Each month, these two programs will focus on one of the four tenets of Conscious Capitalism: Higher Purpose, Stakeholder Integration, Conscious Leadership, and Conscious Culture.

The Tenet Orientation will provide more actionable education and tools on the four tenets to support leaders and their organizations in deploying more conscious ways of operating.  For individuals new to Conscious Capitalism, this program is highly recommended before participating in the Insight to Action program which starts the week following the Tenet Orientation.

Join us for this guided, open, and free-flowing conversation to gain a deeper understanding of:

  • Conscious Capitalism tenets;
  • audit statements;
  • national/international exemplars; and
  • tools that enable action.

CCAZ's Tenet Orientation programs take place monthly on the 1st Wednesday, 12-1pm (single session).

This Tenet Orientation focuses on Tenet #4: Conscious Leadership
