Join us for a conversation with Jen Scrivner, Chief Operations Officer at Goodmans Interior Structures, a talented business leader in our Conscious Capitalism community ❯❯
Creating an environment where open dialogue, frequent feedback, sharing ideas, and empowering employees are just some of the topics Jen will address in our Conscious Business Journey conversation.
Jen has had a 24-year Conscious Business Journey working closely with Adam Goodman, third-generation leader of family-owned Goodmans Interior Structures, to be a local and national role model of an organization living the tenets of Conscious Capitalism.
We will have the opportunity to hear from the COO on what the journey looked like from her post in trying to "operationalize" the tenets of Conscious Capitalism into the organization. There will be an opportunity for Q&A as well as time for discussion amongst attendees.
As Jen shares her journey, be prepared for some valuable "lessons learned" in becoming a more conscious business.
