Segments of the inspiring documentary will be viewed within a thoughtful conversation on how sustainable organization-wide change is led.

The 4 Tenets of Conscious Capitalism provide a roadmap for creating and sustaining meaningful change. By understanding how Interface Flooring leveraged higher purpose, leadership, stakeholder orientation, and culture, we can learn how to create and lead meaningful organization-wide change. Questions to ponder:

• What causes meaningful changes in organizations to last?
• What leadership behaviors are critical to creating and sustaining change?
• What cultural norms must be established to support the change?
• How do you engage stakeholders to help shape the change?
• What changes are you trying or have you tried to shift direction?
• What can you leverage from Beyond Zero and this conversation?

Tanya Keats spent decades in corporate America for Honeywell, University of Phoenix, Waste Management and Banner Health as a facilitator, trainer, program manager and process improvement specialist. Currently Tanya is a business owner, speaker, integration guide and leadership coach who supports those who are experiencing major life transitions. She guides her clients towards a free life lived with ease by helping them break through the mental blocks that hold them back. She’s best known for assisting people on their journey to become whole, and helping them navigate major life transitions without losing themselves. Tanya is also following another passion as she collaborates with Conscious Capitalism Arizona.

Charlie Tombazian

Charlie is currently Principal, Innovative Strategies LLC, a consulting firm helping companies grow by differentiating themselves through extraordinary customer and employee experiences. He specializes in customer experience improvement, employee engagement, leadership development and differentiating strategy creation. He also assists successful companies in achieving higher levels of significance through his work in Conscious Capitalism.

Prior to 2010, Charlie spent 9 years as VP, Voice of the Customer Office, and Director, Global Strategic Planning for Avnet Inc.’s $8 billion Technology Solutions business. Over 12 years prior to Avnet, Charlie was National Headquarters VP, Elected Officer and Field Office Manager with The Acacia Group, a diversified financial services company.
